Items that are purchased online through our store on sale cannot be refund after the item is shipped. There will be a period of time (which is 24 hours) where the customer may cancel the order before the item is shipped. This time also allows the customer to come to a decision on whether they truly want the item. Sizing Charts will be placed on our site to show our customers what size to choose from.
